All paid orders are shipped on the next business day (unless otherwise stated in the item description). Orders placed before 10 a.m. CST are often shipped the same business day. We do not ship on holidays.
All orders within the U.S. receive FREE shipping through USPS with tracking provided. Ground shipment through FedEx is available upon request. Shipments typically arrive within 2-5 business days. We reserve the right to require signature confirmation for any delivery. These shipping terms include the lower 48 states as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
If an item does not meet your standards for any reason, you can send it back. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return, please contact us for authorization, and then send the item back using a shipping method of your choice.
All merchandise must be in the same condition as received. All merchandise must have our tags attached. If merchandise had original manufacturer’s packaging or tags, these must also be returned with the product. Please note: removal or disposal of tags and/or original packaging means your purchase is no longer eligible for the 30-day return.
Your refund will be processed through the original payment method within 3-5 business days of return delivery to us. Menswear Market cannot be responsible for return shipments that do not have tracking information or delivery confirmation.
For International service, please order through our eBay store. We ship to more than 60 countries worldwide - including Asia, Australia, Denmark, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, Sweden, Russia and the United Kingdom. Delivery times vary depending on when your order is accepted and when we receive cleared payment.
Peak delivery times, such as holidays, can also affect delivery time. All shipments are declared as merchandise, with a declared value of the purchase price. When applicable, buyers should be prepared to pay import taxes upon delivery.
Menswear Market does not accept responsibility for import taxes charged upon delivery to customers outside the United States. Although it is uncommon, some international shipments are delayed for official evaluation by customs, in which case we have no control over the remaining delivery time.
Returned or Refused Shipments
If your order is returned to us due to refusal or non-delivery, we can ship the item again with a second shipping charge applied, or refund you for the purchase price. International shipping costs are non-refundable.
Products Excluded from International Sale
Select products cannot be shipped beyond the borders of the United States. These include fragrances, exotic leathers (such as alligator leather), furs, and other products manufactured from animal sources. If you have special instructions for shipping, please contact us.
